following the step-by-step guide provided. No professional assistance is
required.

08. IS IT EASY TO INSTALL SEAT COVERS?

Follow the steps below to install our seat covers with ease:
Remove Headrests: Begin by removing the headrests from your seats. This
step ensures a smoother installation process.
Pull Seat Cover Top of Seat: Take the seat cover and pull it over the top
of the seat, positioning it correctly. Adjust and smooth the cover to achieve
a snug fit.
Slide and Tuck the Loops at the Bottom of the Seats: Locate the loops at
the bottom of the seat cover and slide them under the seat. Tuck
the loops securely to ensure a tight and secure fit.
Connect the Top Loops with the Bottom Loops with Hooks Behind the Seat:
Connect the top loops of the seat cover with the bottom loops using the hooks
located behind the seat. This step ensures that the seat cover remains
securely in place.
Align Bottom Seat Covers: Align the bottom seat covers to ensure a seamless
appearance and proper coverage. Adjust them as needed to achieve the desired
fit.
Tuck Bottom Covers and Slide Belt Buckles: Finally, tuck the bottom covers
neatly into the crevices of the seat. Slide the belt buckles into

Yes, our seat covers are designed to accommodate your car's existing cup holders and armrests. The middle piece of the rear bench is removable by undoing two pieces of Velcro, so you can access the cup holder and armrest as needed.

11. DO THESE COVERS WORK FOR A FOLD-DOWN/JUMP SEAT?

Our seat covers are designed for the two front captain chairs and the rear bench and may not be compatible with fold-down or jump seats. Please check our product page or contact our customer service team for further information.

12. ARE THE HEADRESTS FULLY SURROUNDED BY OUR SEAT COVERS?

Yes, the headrests are fully surrounded by our seat covers. We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure a nice, tight fit for full headrest coverage.

13. ARE THE SEAT COVERS A CUSTOM OR UNIVERSAL FIT?

It is in between universal and custom. There are 2 different sizes of the body of the front seat, 6 different sizes of headrests, and 2 different sizes of the back seat. As long as your vehicle is compatible on the website

14. ARE OUR SEAT COVERS STAIN AND/OR WATER REPELLENT?

16. HOW THE RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS?

If you are not satisfied with the product or the product has a manufacturer defect, please email us. The email needs to clearly state the problem and provide pictures and videos of verification.
After receiving your email, we will advise you to fix the problem of the order or refund if any.
Well send you a return label, you'll repackage your order as it was, put a return label on the order, and then send the package to the carrier. Upon receipt of your return order, we will immediately refund your order.

19. HOW DO I ORDER?

3. Complete shipping and billing details and pay for your order using any Paypal or Credit/Debit card We receive your car details and make the mats according to your selection.

20. CAN I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email with the
purchase information.

21. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we start packing and processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including an order number, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online.
Please note that it may take 3-5 days to get your Tracking Number (TKN).

22. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
Since all of our products are not made in advance and only produced after your payment is successful, we sook your understanding and patience in waiting for a product's delivery. Each of our products follows a strictly scheduled time, therefore, kindly reach out to our

23. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER INFORMATION?

If you realize you have made an error, simply contact us here within 9 hours after the purchasing date.
In case the shipping address is incorrect but the item has already been on the shipment, please follow the step below:

Once your tracking number is active or the item arrives at the Post Office (P.O.), kindly contact and provide P.O. with your tracking number

27.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?

Your parcel is in transit to destination country, unfortunately this process could mean the parcel is handed over to different couriers, countries and airports that do not provide tracking information.

The tracking number will update once parcel arrives in destination country and is checked and cleared by customs.

Most countries do not update the tracking details till the parcel is checked and cleared by customs, and with some restrictions or quarantine measures in place, there could be delays in updating the tracking information.
